Resumen
Este artÃculo tiene por objeto realizar un análisis de la evolución y desarrollo del mercado de derivados en México, como instrumento de cobertura o peligrosidad; con la finalidad de
reflexionar sobre su estado actual, sus principales actores y las posibles implicaciones de su operatividad e impacto en los mercados financieros globalizados, considerando la naturaleza
de este tipo de instrumentos, asà como su desarrollo, y señalar, conforme a los resultados obtenidos, posibles estrategias de acción.
Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the evolution and development of derivatives instruments in Mexico, like a hedge or dangerous instruments, for the reflection of their actual
situation, principals actors, and the possible implications of their operations and impact in globalization financial markets, considering their nature and own essential functions, and
proposing some possible strategic actions, with the consideration of this study results.
